With over seven years of experience at the award winning Esquire Male Grooming, Ryan has grown from apprentice to manager of the Tattersall’s location, establishing himself as a leader in the craft.

His dedication to precision and style has earned him industry recognition, including the AMBA Best Men’s Collection – Classic in 2023 and the BTS Crew award in 2025.

Ryan has been a finalist for AMBA Modern Barber of the Year for the past three years and was recently named a finalist for the 2025 AHIA Hot Shots Team — the only barber in the category.
