Goods are sent via Australia post registered mail and other courier companies. Items sent are not covered by insurance and Heiniger Australia does not accept responsibility for any losses that may be incurred whilst goods are in transit. If items go missing we shall provide you with all relevant tracking information as confirmation of goods sent. If you wish your items to be insured, please contact us prior to payment and Heiniger Australia will provide you with the extra charges.
